1. Nature of the Platform

Invar is an enterprise technology unit owned, developed, and operated by Foundrhood Ventures ("Company", "Foundrhood", "we", "us"), delivering digital services through invar.in. Invar provides business-to-business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), digital document formatting, and operational workflow tools.

Legal Classification: Invar / Foundrhood Ventures is strictly an enterprise software and cloud infrastructure vendor. The platform does not engage in personal recruitment, hiring, brokerage, or supply of physical labor or domestic services. The software serves merely as an internal technical utility for subscriber companies to format, record, and maintain their own operational logs.

2. Account Licensing & Access

Subscribers receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Invar web portal, generate digital PDF documents, and utilize the workflow management engine according to their active subscription tier.

3. Subscription Billing & Platform Credits

All payments processed through our authorized payment aggregators are strictly for software licenses, digital platform compute units, and API access under Information Technology Services (SAC 997331). Credits are credited to the subscriber's workspace immediately upon transaction confirmation.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
